Former Village Development Committee in Lamjung District, one of four merged in 2015 to form a separate former "Madhyanepal Municipality" (centred on Rangha's own Duipipal Bazaar), which later merged with ex-Karaputar Municipality and Neta VDC to form today's Madhya Nepal Municipality.
